Can I choose my masseuse or an RMT—and see who brings a table?
Yes. Browse local pros, view profiles, and filter by availability, RMT status, or brings a table. Pick the person and time that fit your needs. You stay in control of who you book and when they arrive.
Can I cancel or reschedule my at-home massage?
If your massage code hasn’t been used, you can cancel and refund it. To reschedule, open your booking and pick a new time; your professional will receive an update by email and text.
Do I need to provide a massage table, or does the pro bring one?
Some professionals bring a table; others offer chair or standing options. Use the “brings a table” filter on the Search page to find what you prefer. You can also message your professional inside the platform to confirm setup.
How do professionals get paid, and when?
Payouts are sent every Friday via PayPal. Pros should verify the PayPal email in their profile. Each completed appointment—confirmed by the client’s massage code—pays $45 for a 30-minute session.
